Repositioning Healthcare Furniture.
Cabot Wrenn is a wholesaler of business and healthcare furniture for large corporations. After collecting feedback from sales representatives, it became clear that the current brand and website were not up to par with the competition (forcing representatives to bring laptops to onsite sales meetings due to a poor mobile experience).
My first step was to organize a user flow, site map, and content structure. I then used this initial strategy to create an interactive wireframe of the mobile user experience, testing it with marketing and sales teams to gain valuable feedback before the final UX design was created.

Using a mobile-first approach to create a visual design for the mobile experience, I then crafted a responsive website design that elegantly presented their large product inventory on all devices.
After the responsive web design was created, I then tested key page features and functionality with sales representatives on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Throughout multiple rounds of user testing, we gathered valuable usability insight before the final website was developed.
To further add to the sales arsenal, I created a downloadable/printed product catalog for each of their main product categories. These simply overviewed the specs of each product and were taken with sales representatives onsite to further aid in the conversation.
