Token was founded by a husband-and-wife duo who teamed up with the Rochester Institute of Technology to manufacture a revolutionary wearable device. The “identity ring” was created to combine your house keys, car keys, transit pass, and computer password all into the suped-up ring. But – without a brand, website, or marketing plan in place the product was in need of some serious help to get into the hands of consumers.
Thats where I came in… Working with the client we developed a brand and message that was true to their companies beliefs. I then oversaw this new direction in all aspects of their communications by developing the logo mark and assembling our strategy into a brand guide. This was then used as a key component when direct videographers and photographers, while I created the user experience design for mobile and desktop devices.
After the site was launched I then coordinated rounds of split testing to determine the best user flow for the site. Creating not only a proven e-commerce purchasing experience, but also selling out the product so quickly that it left the owners in a panic… not a bad problem to have.
