Soyboy is an all-natural organic tofu and soy food manufacturer that was struggling to gain traction on grocery shelves. Based on qualitative feedback and market research, we discovered the brand was flaunting an outdated user experience and marketing with a message that failed to grab the attention of consumers and grocers alike.
Operating with direct user input and website analytics, I created a responsive user experience design that applies a reenergized brand. I then partnered with the internal marketing team to develop an ongoing product recipe campaign, and integrate the site with current inbound marketing campaigns. To further develop the new brand, I teamed up with Makeway Agency to focus the company’s messaging and create an enhanced digital product database.
