Panduit is a global manufacturer of physical infrastructure equipment that support power, communications, computing, control, and security systems. So what does that mean? Well, that was their main problem – they produce thousands of different types of products spanning multiple complex industries, leaving their communication efforts unapproachable to potential buyers.
That’s when this all started to get fun. Working with Panduit and WD Partners we simplified the company’s selling process into a responsive website used by the sales team to amplify their pitch. I then developed the information architecture detailing their vast product inventory, and created a digital touchscreen experience that showcases and easily explains their offerings through touch screen TVs located in their showroom. Designing through countless rounds of user feedback, I optimized the platforms to ensure that each provides a consistent on-brand experience.
