Project Overview

Cabot Wrenn is a manufacturer of business and healthcare furniture for large corporations. After collecting feedback from sales representatives, it became clear that the current brand and website were not up to par with the competition (forcing representatives to bring laptops to onsite sales meetings due to a poor mobile experience).

My first step was to create a user flow, sitemap, and content structure of the website. After reviewing with the team, I then organized valuable feedback to include inside the website wireframes.

Using a mobile-first approach to create a visual design for the online experience, I then crafted a responsive website wireframe that elegantly presented their large product inventory throughout all devices.

After testing and input from Cabot Wrenn and Makeway, I then optimized the responsive designs for conversion. Throughout multiple rounds of prototype testing, we gathered valuable usability insights before the final website design was deployed.

To further add to the sales arsenal, I collaborated further with Cabot's sales team and Makeway to create a printed product catalog. This catalog simply overviewed the specs of each product, and was leveraged as a download on product detail pages.
