Hoka One One

10+ Hoka customers were interviewed from all around the United States. These intervies pinpointed what items the users were looking for on the web to assist them in their buying process.

Using the feedback gathered from user interviews, I then updated the website designs featuring these new customer insights. Product Overview and Detail pages were presented back to customers for additional insights to ensure the updated layouts met their needs.

A key feature mentioned from customers was to include an online fitting process in the updated website. Working with the Hoka engeneering team, I created a 10 question quiz that helps users find the right shoe without ever trying it on!
