Project Overview

St. John Fisher College is a private liberal arts college located in Pittsford, New York. With building updates and new construction underway across the college, SJFC also wanted to improve the experience for visitors and new students around campus.

After walking though the college’s available spaces we determined that the Athletic Center and Hermance Family Chapel would be the best environments for our audience. We began these user interface designs by first creating a detailed information architecture and corresponding wireframes that organized the content for both experiences.

With testing completed to the wireframe prototypes, I then created a touchscreen kiosk design displayed in the entrance of the Athletic Center. The experienced was focused around highlighting the college’s newest sports updates, while providing information on current rosters, schedules, and student athletes.

With the new athletic kiosk already in place, I then created a digital interface for visitors to the Hermance Family Chapel. This application provided users with up-to-date details on chapel events and news, while providing a detailed library of past alumni biographies.
