Revel Woods bridges the gap between manufacturer and consumer, allowing users to sample and purchase hardwood flooring directly from their phone, tablet, or desktop. Working with Makeway Agency to develop the name and brand for the company, I then partnered directly with the top influencers at Revel Woods to develop a marketing strategy and launch the new brand.
After creating initial marketing materials and a compact brand guide, I then designed an extensive e-commerce experience built to gather input from users and display product results based on the user’s feedback. The user would then build “sample boxes” to choose from multiple hardwood flooring samples, before automated interactions from the sales team would direct the user to a purchasing decision. After launch, the site was optimized using split testing, heat mapping, and statistical reporting to create a refined digital purchasing experience tailored to the needs of the user.
