Sea to Summit is a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor, travel, and water sport products. They go above and beyond to pack quality and reliability into their products however, their marketing and advertising was in need of a major push to drive sales for their busy summer season.
Using the current site metrics as a baseline, I redesigned the user experience to improve the digital purchasing flow and further drive engagement wth seasonal marketing campaigns. I then worked alongside Makeway Agency to create a customized purchasing experience integrated with automated email marketing. We then optimized the digital platform through split testing, determining the best user experience for sales conversion.
